PFX-M The
Millennium is the latest addition
to the Panavision tradition of Panaflex
35mm film cameras. Fully compatible
with our existing camera systems,
this studio quiet camera incorporates
new mirror, mouvement and drive
components, motorized speed shutter
dissolve (111⁄2 to 180), remote
control receiver, face plate connectors
for focus, T-stop and zoom control--yet
it is lighter in weight for the
most demanding hand held work.
New camera optics include a brilliant
full field viewfinder which is quickly
detachable for conversion to Steadicam,
video finder or video only applications.
The hand held eyepiece has left
and right eye positioning while
the telescoping extension finder
maintins constantfocus and image
magnification throughtout all positions.
All finders utilize focusing mechanisms.
Frame rates from 3-50 fps in 1/1000
frane increments, with the latest
in motor technology and controls.
Revolutionary video assist bypasses
the ground glass for enhanced picture
quality and is flicker free at all
speeds. The assist also offers
freeze, compare and normal picture
modes, and electronic deanamorphoser.
Electronic communication package
allows the remote status display
of all camera functions. An
RS232 port provides full control
via remote computer. The Millennium
accepts 400’ and 1000’
lightweight composite magazines.

GII features a modified viewfinder
system that is significantly brighter,

PFXLW-II The
Panaflex lightweight camera is ideal
for steadicam use. This camera
is sync sound, has a fixed 1800
shutter andruns from 4 to 36 fps.
It is crystal controlled at 24 fps.
